Age: 40
Appearance: Lewis is about average height, and of a fair Irish complexion. He is skinny, and not impressively built, but strong from some physical work. He has slightly longish red hair and a slight beard. He wears black rimmed glasses, comfortable clothes that are usually somewhat greasy from working on cars all day, and a pair of worn in black Chuck Taylor Converse All Star shoes.
Background: Born to a working family, Lewis grew up in Brooklyn with his three sisters and one older brother. His father worked and supported the family, while his mother, who was native Irish, stayed at home with her children. As a child, Lewis showed an incredible ability to fix things, even without directions, original parts, or even at times without knowing what the object was for. He and Bobby Goren, who also lived in the neighborhood, brought this knowledge of repair to working on cars around the time of high school. Both boys had been friends for a time, and continued to stay in contact even after Bobby graduated, though when he joined the army, Lewis briefly lost touch with him.
Lewis' own path was different from Bobby's, but yet similar. After high school and a few years of college - and supporting himself on his own, since as soon as he graduated high school he moved out and got a job while going to school - he left the city for two years. When he came back, Lewis went back to working on cars, specifically restoring old ones, and evatunally made his way up to managing his own car repair and restoration business. He is still friends with Bobby, and is very impressed with Bobby's partner, Alex Eames, being one of the few women who showed a knowledge of engines. Lewis still lives in Brooklyn, while the rest of his siblings spread out, and is still single (and looking).
Personality: Lewis is generally very happy, upbeat, and he loves to laugh. He likes people, and he likes talking to them. He can sometimes be a little eccentric. While he hits on women, Lewis is not obnxiously flirtatous. He doesn't like it when people around him are sad and upset, and usually he tries to cheer them up, taking on sort of a "class clown" menality, which sometimes comes off as not being very empathetic, despite that he is, it is just his way of showing it.
Traits, Weaknesses, Quirks: He has a natural talent to fix and repair things, and also with improvisation regarding materials. As previously mentioned, Lewis doesn't like seeing people upset. He is quiet about his past, though he is normally very informative about the present. However, occationally, one can catch a glance of something deeper, something hidden. But Lewis is very careful to guard what ever secrets he is holding.
